Hypnotherapy is a safe and deeply effective approach to creating lasting change.  Unlike Talk Therapy which focuses on conscious reasoning and takes many years, Hypnotherapy gently bypasses the critical mind to access the deeper beliefs and patterns that drive your thoughts, feelings and behaviours.  During our sessions together you will be fully aware and in control at all times – This is nothing like stage Hypnosis which you may have seen on TV.  Instead you will experience a calm, relaxed state where your mind becomes open to positive, lasting change.    

Yes – Anxiety and overwhelm are among the most common and most successfully treated issues with Hypnotherapy.  Many people experience constant worry, racing thoughts or a sense that life is too much to manage.  Clients typically notice a significant reduction in anxiety levels within just a few sessions, along with feeling calmer, confident, more solid and more in control of their reactions.   

Absolutely – Low confidence and self-doubt almost always have their roots in the subconscious mind, in old stories we were told about ourselves, or experiences that ‘confirmed’ we weren’t good enough, capable enough, or worthy enough.  Hypnotherapy is uniquely powerful for confidence work because it addresses those  deep-rooted beliefs directly rather than just applying service-level techniques. Many of my clients come to me feeling like they are constantly second-guessing themselves or shrinking back from life.  Together we work to replace those limiting beliefs with a lasting sense of self-worth and confidence. 

Feeling stuck is one of the most frustrating experiences – you know you want more from life but something you can’t explain keeps holding you back. Very often that ‘something’ is a subconscious belief or protective pattern that is no longer serving you.  Hypnotherapy is excellent for this because it helps us identify exactly what is creating the block and gently release it.  Clients who feel stuck often describe feeling an almost immediate sense of movement and possibility after just one or two sessions. 

Yes, and these two issues are very often connected. Fear of failure is usually rooted in a subconscious belief that your worth as a person is tied to your performance or other people’s approval.  Low self-worth tells you that you are not enough, and fear of failure makes sure you never risk finding out.  Hypnotherapy works with both at the same time. Helping you to separate your intrinsic worth from your achievements  and to approach challenges from a place of genuine self-belief rather than fear. 

Online Hypnotherapy and Coaching is just as effective as in-person therapy sessions.  And for many clients it is actually preferable.  Being in your own home, in your own comfortable space can you help you relax more deeply and get more from each session.  All you need is a quiet room, a comfortable chair or sofa, and a reliable internet connection, some people have been in a car park during their lunch break.  I work with clients all across the UK online and the results are consistently excellent. 

This varies depending on the issue and the individual, but most clients see meaningful results within 4 sessions.  Some issues can be noticeable after just one or two sessions.  

The free 30 minute call is simply a relaxed conversation.  You tell me what you are struggling with and what you are experiencing, what you would like to change.  It’s a chance for you to see what I’m like, if you feel comfortable with me and ask me any questions you might have.  There is no obligation and no pressure whatsoever.  If we both feel it is a good fit, we can book your first session from there. 

Yes, Hypnotherapy is completely safe when practiced in a safe setting and with a qualified professional.  I work within a strict professional, ethical framework and scope of practice.  You are always in full control during a session and can open your eyes at any time.  I will not be attempting to obtain deeply private or top secret information from you.  If you have any concerns about whether it is right for you, please do mention this during our consultation and I will advise honestly if you would be better suited to be referred to someone else. 

When considering the financial side of Hypnotherapy, it’s important to remember you will not need sessions expanding over many months or years, it’s much shorter, just 4 sessions.  Each session lasts 90 minutes and are £145 each.  I offer packages of 4 sessions which comes with a saving.  I also offer further assistance to anyone claiming Universal Credits.
