About Nichola

Hi, I’m Nichola — a certified Hypnotherapist and Coach with a deep passion for helping people move through emotional and physical blocks.

I work with clients who are living with anxiety, chronic stress, fatigue, low self-esteem, indecision, lacking in confidence and heartbreak.

I also work with people reaching a point in their life where children have left home and now is the time to redesign and reinvent the next chapter of their lives…

My approach is a gentle guidance, with self reflection to support you in reconnecting with your self worth, finding your inner peace, and unlocking the subconscious patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

Whether you’re navigating the emotional weight of a breakup, struggling with health-related issues, anxiety, or simply feel like you’ve lost connection to who you are—this is the space where you can begin the healing journey.

I understand how isolating it can feel when experiencing this disconnect to the person you maybe once was, I know how fear, lack of trust in yourself and lack of self-esteem can take over your daily life.

I know because I’ve been there!  I too struggled with worry, stress, anxiety, and low self esteem, before I knew it my world had become so small.

My goal is to help you gently open back up to possibility, to confidence, to connection—and live in a way that feels calmer, freer, and more aligned with who you truly are.

This Dragonfly landed on my finger, it reminds me of being calm, still, centred and grounded enough for it to land on my finger.  To me the Dragonfly represents resilience, adaptability, seeing things 360 degrees and knowing the perfect timing for when it’s wings are ready to fly. 

My mission is to help people feel safe to come home to themselves.

I work with those who feel lost, overwhelmed, or like life has somehow closed in around them—whether through anxiety, illness, emotional pain, or a deep sense of disconnection.

I help guide people to soften the noise, soothe the fear, and start rebuilding trust in their own inner world.

This work is about creating space—space to breathe, to feel, to remember who you are beneath the coping, the symptoms, and the stories.
